Be Well on TCL. Welcome Peeps!
Yep, instead I went straight to the computer to read and respond to the thoughtful emails, Facebook posts, and blog comments received since sharing my transformation story on KSTP’s Twin Cities Live yesterday.
Let me start this blog by saying: WOW and THANK YOU! I am continually amazed by the outpouring of support 4.5 years into this journey. But mostly, it’s SO COOL to see all of the new folks we’re welcoming into the In the Equation community. Welcome peeps!
A very big thank you to Twin Cities Live producers, cast and crew, too! I’m thrilled we had nearly 7 minutes of live TV to share the story and spread hope and inspiration. Because the truth is, if I can do it — I know — each and everyone of you reading this can do it too!
Today, I want to extend a BIG welcome all of the new blog readers. You took a step forward in putting yourself in the equation today just by signing up for the blog, reaching out for help, and you are now on your way to taking care of you. So congrats! Let’s do this, together.
Some tips on getting and staying connected to the In the Equation Community
You can get connected to me and our growing In the Equation community in several ways. The best way is to subscribe to the weekly blog (right hand corner of homepage is a sign up box), join/like our In the Equation Facebook group, and you can follow me on Twitter, Instagram or Pinterest. All linked here and in the sidebar on the blog.
You can also download tips and techniques in the right sidebar boxes (bright purple) and (bright blue) and we’ll post more free downloads from time to time.
If you are new to the blog, our Top Posts page is a great way to start as it compiles some of the most popular posts by topic – Motivation, Nutrition, Exercise… from the last five years. Or, you can search by topic as well. And if you haven’t read all of the success story series I posted yesterday, check it out here. These peeps are all in mid transformation journey and they are awesome!
Most importantly, I’d love to hear from you about what is tripping you up and where you struggle, what topics would be of most interest to YOU, and how can I help. Post in the comments section here or connect with me on email here.
Wishing you all a fabulous, “in your equation” day. I’ll be out power walking my lake in 90 degrees this afternoon if anyone wants to join me. 🙂
Cheers! And again, WELCOME!
