Day 2: Very tough but good

Hi all, thanks for the notes. Today was a tough one. Sore and pain from yesterday on top of another 8 or so hours of cardio. Thankfully much of that was in the pool (can’t believe I am saying this but I really like the pool). Nausea, pain, determination. More on day 2 and 3 when I am not so exhausted…and sick.

  1. You are doing awesome! I know that exhasuted, painful feeling can sometimes seem daunting. I think you will learn to love that feeling. At least that was my experience with all my biking.

And, remember, you are inspiring a lot of us!

For now, it seems that “nausea and pain” are a byproduct of “determination”… but the determination is driving this whole adventure! You're doing great, Lori!!! xxx

Nasty cold day here so I imagine it isn't too nice up there either. The pool will be good, glad you decided to do that. Hang in there. MOM

Wanted: More to say it can be done and fewer to say it's impossible.

In my opinion, changing ones habits and health, is one of the hardest things to do in life. It is not impossible. It’s achievable. You are doing the best thing you can do for yourself, concentrating on Lori!! Way to go!! Way to attain the highest and the best for yourself. The lions in your corner are here to inspire you to keep on going. The determination you have is inspiring to all of us who follow your blog.
