Going 100% all in!

LoriSchaefer-After3Many of you who know my story or who have heard me speak, know that I live by the mantra – “I’m 100% all in!”

Going “all in” means going for it. Committing 100% with no holds barred, no excuses. Pushing past fear, emotional struggle and mindset blocks to give something everything you have because you know in your heart (and your gut) it is totally right! It means getting up when you fall, slip or fail and getting right back on the path. It’s knowing that if you keep walking, working and recommitting you will get there. And it is totally AWESOME!

Going “all in” is not easy. Nor is it for the faint of heart.

408098_476763559032862_875611889_nGoing “100% all in” is how I put myself in the center of my equation – the center of my life – and achieved my lifelong goal to get fit, healthy and active. It’s the single most important factor in my success losing 211 pounds and nearly 50% body fat, and maintaining that 200 pound weight loss for an entire year. It’s also the most important factor in being happy inside and out – living and loving with my whole heart. Knowing that  I am awesome just exactly as I am. That I am enough.

And, it’s now something I say to myself every, single day. It has become a commitment…a way of life. YES, I am always 100% all in! And, YES, I am having a ball.

This past week, I had the distinct pleasure to spend the week with an amazing life and business coach who says “awesome, cool, and ‘I’m in'” – along with a few unclean words – just as frequently as I do! It was a mind- blowing, life-changing week, and I am still smiling.

I attended the Uplevel Your Business Conference live retreat in Atlanta, Georgia with the one and only Christine Kane – mentor to women entrepreneurs who are changing the world. The 4-day event was a chance to reconnect with my deep passion to help people transform their lives and achieve their wildest dreams – to reach their full potential and achieve their big, hairy audacious goals! To transform from the center of the equation of their own lives, seeing and believing that anything is possible when you go all in!

For me, the event was uplifting, energizing, inspiring, powerful, insightful, reaffirming of my path, and – at a least a few points – mind-blowing. I met so many amazing entrepreneurs out to change the world and provide service to others, like me. And, I am 100% committed; 100% all in to making my business dreams come true. And now I have a clear path to do it. Yay! Thank you the one and amazing Christine Kane.

So much about what we learned this week aligns with my philosophy to go 100% all in, and the process upon which I embarked two and a half years ago to transform my life and find true happiness. So, it is in that spirit, that I share this journey with you. And I give you Christine Kane’s latest blog about what it means to truly go 100% all in.

Check out what she says about minding your mind, taking action, radiating success and exiting your comfort zone. Let me know what you think. Perhaps in reading this you will ask yourself: “Am I truly 100% all in and moving toward my best life, my greatest potential, my wildest dream? Am I ready?” And if you are, and I can help – please message me here. And remember, “you’ve totally and completely, GOT THIS!”

Here is the link to Christine Kane’s blog titled “How to say I’m in to your business and your dreams.” Enjoy!
