Oberg Mountain – My new quest

I just completed my third climb to the top of Oberg Mountain in a week, and that includes the full loop, only this time I did so in excruciating back pain and on a very cold and windy day. I even shaved 20 minutes off the original time! Oberg and I are now intimately acquainted and I think this has become my new quest.

p.s. started workouts at 5 a.m. – added a circuit.

I don't know if you'll ever want to climb Oberg mountain again, but if you do I'd love to do it with you!

..and I hear ya 'Spa Treatments'… revel in those well, well deserved moments!!

  3. Feelin' the Oberg Mountain love! So sorry to hear about the back pain, though. Workouts starting at 5:00 AM??? That would never happen in my world. Seriously. I'm in awe.

    Lori,
Sounds like you are doing great, just like being back on the farm rising before 5 AM. You did it then so we know you can. Hope the soreness is getting better. Love Dad & Kathy

  10. It's funny, not being a morning person I was more struck and impressed by you shaving off 20 minutes on your climb than but the 5 am start. That is saying something, congrats!
