One-on-one individual coaching is aimed at helping you create and sustain long-term lifestyle changes to achieve your health and wellness goals. It’s personalized and fully customized to you.
Together, we’ll explore your vision for the healthiest, happy you (your well vision) and then navigate the path forward, with emphasis on the places you’re struggling, getting stuck, or maybe even self-sabotaging. You’ll create a positive vision and an action plan with built in accountability and support.
One-on-one coaching can propel you forward and help you achieve the changes you desire in your life. You know, the ones you haven’t quite been able to achieve on your own as life gets in the way! I’ll work with you to achieve results you can see, feel and measure…results that matter to you.
Individual coaching is done via phone or in person, and is usually sold in packages with regularly scheduled sessions designed to build momentum. The cost varies based on the length of the commitment.
As with any really kick-butt and successful coaching program, for it to be successful, YOU have to be committed and be prepared to do the work. But, it’s oh so fun when the light bulbs go off and you can see your own momentum!
