I post this quote this morning for all of my friends and colleagues who, in the past week, have decided to put themselves in the equation and transform their lives.I applaud their courage and determination to release the familiar, and I offer big cheers of support. You know who you are and I will always be here to support you…each and every step of the way.

This particular quote is also applicable to me as I embark on a new phase of the journey and try to get my head and my insides to catch up with how I now appear on the outside. This phase of the journey brings a new relationship with myself, with boys, and who knows what else. Scary. Exciting. Can’t wait!
