Sharing my  path to transformation at 3M Company – Spots available

I am excited to share my transformation story at the 3M Center in Saint Paul, MN, this Thursday at 4:30 p.m.! The speech is for a group of 3M employees, but we are opening it up to include a small group from the public (on a space available basis) so I can offer an opportunity to my blog followers to attend. Yay!

If you are struggling with your weight and feeling stuck; have decided it’s time to make your health and wellness goals/YOU a top priority; or you just want to learn how to unlock your full potential and achieve your wildest dreams — I invite you to join us for this conversation on Thursday, June 27 (tomorrow) at the 3M Center in Saint Paul. I will share my story and my principles for putting yourself in the equation of your life and achieving your big, hairy, audacious goals – whatever they may be!
